Admin approves

Owner or admin reviews the lead, assigns it to a Project Manager. Or skips approval if they filed it themselves.

PM closes the claim

PM works the lead through inspection, claim filing, and payout. Adjusts status as it moves.

Commissions calculated

When the claim pays, RidgeLink computes who earned what. Knocker per-inspection plus PM commission, automatic.
