Terms of Service

Last updated: May 12, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and RidgeLink ("RidgeLink," "we," "us"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use RidgeLink.

If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. "You" in these Terms then means that company.

1. The service

RidgeLink is a software-as-a-service customer-relationship-management application designed for storm-restoration roofing companies. The service includes the web application at ridgelink.io/app, the marketing site at ridgelink.io, and related features as we publish them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use RidgeLink. The service is intended for legitimate roofing-industry businesses operating in the United States. We may refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe the service is being used for fraud, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.

3. Accounts and security

  • You're responsible for keeping your password and access credentials secure.
  • You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by your employees, contractors, or anyone else you invite.
  • Notify us immediately at support@ridgelink.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Each authorized user must have their own login. Don't share credentials.

4. Plans, free trial, and billing

Free trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial of the Base plan. A valid payment method is required at signup. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the 30 days end, no charge is made.

Auto-renewal at trial end

By starting a trial, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at the end of the 30-day trial for the plan and billing interval you selected, and to continue charging that payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from inside the app or by emailing support@ridgelink.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

Subscription tiers

  • Base — $79/month flat (up to 10 seats, 10 GB photo storage)
  • Pro — $149/month flat (up to 30 seats, 75 GB storage) — features rolling out
  • Enterprise — $499/month flat (unlimited seats, 250 GB storage) — features rolling out

Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes (which we'll add at checkout where required by law). We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice — your current term locks in the rate you signed up at.

Billing interval

You may choose monthly or annual billing at signup. Monthly subscribers are charged each month. Annual subscribers pay once upfront for 12 months and receive a discount disclosed at checkout.

No money-back guarantee

The 30-day free trial is the time to decide if RidgeLink fits your shop. Once your payment method is charged, we do not issue refunds for partial months or unused time on monthly plans. Annual subscribers similarly do not receive refunds for early cancellation — annual pricing carries the discount in exchange for the upfront commitment. If something is clearly broken on our side or you're disputing a specific charge, email support@ridgelink.io and we'll work it out.

Failed payments

If a charge fails, we'll retry over several days. If we still can't collect, we'll suspend your workspace until payment is resolved. After 30 days of suspension, the account is subject to deletion per the data retention policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use RidgeLink for any illegal purpose or to harass, threaten, or defraud anyone
  • Import or store data you don't have the right to use (including data scraped from third-party services)
  • Send unsolicited commercial messages ("spam") through any feature of the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other customers' workspaces, our systems, or anyone else's account
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without our written permission (white-label is available as a feature on Pro and Enterprise tiers, governed by these Terms)
  • Use the service to build a competing product
  • Interfere with the integrity, availability, or performance of the service (DDoS, abusive automated traffic, etc.)
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage
  • Impersonate another person or entity

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice when warranted.

6. Your data

You own the data you put into RidgeLink — lead records, photos, notes, addresses, the homeowners and properties you track. We don't claim ownership of any of it.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and back up your data solely to provide the service to you. We may use aggregated, de-identified data (data with all identifying information removed) to improve the product and publish industry insights.

You're responsible for:

  • Having the legal right to collect, store, and process the homeowner information you enter
  • Complying with any privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR, state laws) that apply to your business
  • Notifying contacts and obtaining consent where required
  • Exporting your data before cancellation if you want to keep it

7. Our intellectual property

RidgeLink, the RidgeLink logo, the application's design, features, and underlying code are owned by us and protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription, and nothing more.

8. Service availability and changes

We work to keep RidgeLink available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uptime, freedom from bugs, or that any specific feature will continue to exist. We may add, change, or remove features. If we remove a feature you rely on materially, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notice.

Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages happen. We're not liable for losses due to downtime in v1; a paid SLA may be offered on Enterprise tier in the future.

9. Third-party services

RidgeLink integrates with third-party services including Supabase, Cloudflare, SendGrid, OneSignal, Stripe, and the Iowa Environmental Mesonet / National Weather Service. We're not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in those services. Hail data from public NWS sources is provided as-is for prospecting purposes — never rely on it for life-safety decisions.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RidgeLink disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any data will be accurate or reliable.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RidgeLink and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we've been advised of the possibility.

RidgeLink's total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RidgeLink and its officers, employees, and contractors from any third-party claim, demand, loss, or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, including any privacy or intellectual-property right, or (c) data you upload to or transmit through the service.

13. Termination

You may cancel anytime from inside the app or by emailing support@ridgelink.io. Cancellation ends auto-renewal; you keep access through the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these Terms, if your payment fails and isn't resolved, or if we're required to by law. We'll give you reasonable notice when practical.

On termination, the licenses granted to you end immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and RidgeLink agree that the federal and state courts located in Benton County, Arkansas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the service, except as provided below.

Informal resolution first

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@ridgelink.io with a description of the dispute. We'll attempt to resolve it informally for at least 30 days.

Individual claims only

You and RidgeLink agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator or court may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and notify current customers by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.

16. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and RidgeLink regarding the service.
  • No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision isn't a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • Assignment: You can't assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure: Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet outages, government action).
